Policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase, if this is not the case, we are happy to accept returns in exchange for a refund or exchange, provided that your purchase was within 30 days and the item is as new and in original packaging. Faulty Goods

We are committed to ensuring our products meet the highest standard and quality. Sometimes however we know manufacturing faults can occur despite our best efforts to minimise this happening. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team immediately. However, if items are damaged to excessive or long-term usage it may not be considered faulty. Please ensure if your returning faulty items to launder and lean the item before return.

How to make a return

Please contact our Customer Service team immediately and remember to send your contact details, order number and reason for return within your message.

A member of our team will send you the necessary returns document and labels to minimise the administration on your side. 

Once the return label has been processed, please package the item safely and send back with the guidelines provided.

Once we receive your returned items our team will review the item and return documents and issue a refund within 5 days of receiving back to our HQ.

Please be aware we are unable to accept returns for custom items produced specifically for your team or club, unless the item as faulty. If you believe your item to be faulty, please follow the same returns process as highlighted above.
